Hey Hamsters!
Me llamo Hekter on the playa but I guess my birthname is a dull and
boring Scotty. Other nicknames tend to be brewed up on the Nooksack
under glow sticks and moon beams. I'm a part of Christian's clan
and am excited to meet the group and build some bad ass art.
Unfortunately, I am living in Spokane/Sandpoint these days so my
B-ham time is a bit limited.... but always enjoyed. Spent about 5
years in the Ham and maybe thinking of moving back some day soon.
How I miss the intertidal salad bar.
Last year was my first BM experience, joined up with a group of
friends from the Methow River area and we were collectively "Camp
Overkill". We featured two art cars and a 60' diameter dome.... all
black light reflective. If any of yous wondered to the far side of
the playa last year you may remember it.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to a smaller group, bringing diverse
music to the playa and creating an art bike sound system. Also
starting to think of wind powered backup on that project.
Right now I'm chin deep in a winter-mountain-play to
summer-lowlands-work transition but will have more time to work
here real soon like. Until we all meet :)
